Possible miscarriage?

Hi everyone, new to this thread and first time mommy.
I am 5 weeks 4 days today following 2 chemical pregnancies these last 2 months. Woke up to some pinkinsh/ red discharge but too light to be menstrual period. Could this be implantation bleeding this late?
Cramping is very minimal and similar to what I have experienced so far in my pregnancy. Praying this is not another miscarriage but anyone going through something similar?
