Anyone bled early pregnancy?

morning, I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and last night I was bleeding and had mild cramping. The bleed wasn’t as much as a period and hasn’t leaked through or anything it was there every time I wiped for around an hour and half plus the odd little droplet in the toilet. I haven’t bled with my other two pregnancies so I’m obviously very anxious about it all now. I have called the doctor who then transferred me to the hospital but they haven’t classed me as urgent so I won’t be going in for a scan (which is a good and bad thing really). Has anyone experienced something similar and been ok? Or not?
