How many weeks?

I have a difficulty calculating how many weeks I am. My last period was 03 feb . And this shows that im in my 5th week. However i know that i conceived on 16 feb or later and this means i should be no more the 4 weeks. Does anyone knows how to calculate it. I would like to sign up to see a doctor but i heard is best to go between 6 to 8 weeks and i dont want to go before im 6 weeks. Thank you
