Implantation maybe?

Hi… I’m 38 ttc and I think I may have implantation bleeding today… but back story - had sex Jan. 23 and Jan. 27 and I am now Cycle day 27 - I went in for a colonoscopy (of course they make you take pregnancy test and it was negative) and then on way home I started bleeding it is brown color. My period is in 3 days … do you all think I may be pregnant?

    Both times I had implantation bleeding it was pink my last pregnancy I had it day 5 days after ovulation
