IUD could I be pregnant??

I have the mirena coil ( had it in for 2 years). Since having the coil fit my periods have been pretty non existent. For the last two weeks my boobs are tingling and nipples are so sore ( I usually have no sensation in my nipples from breastfeed two year ago). Iv got acid and suddenly everything stinks and coffee is awful and mood is up and down. 

I'm getting a test in the morning but just wanted to know could I be pregnant is that even possible? Has anyone been in this situation before?
