How long.....?

after the birth until your body goes back to 'normal'?

I know the baby belly will take a while to shrink, but i was wondering about all the other little niggles - the puffy hands, swollen feet and ankles, hip pain, leg cramps, stuffy nose etc

I dying to be able to wear my wedding ring again!!
