hi girlies
has anyone drank the powder mix drink complan through their pregnancy? im getting nausia in the morning at 5am (im in work for 6) i need to have something in my belly before work but really cant face food.
does anyone know if its safe or something simlar which is?

    my step mum said to tell you she drank the strawberry one and the midwife she had said it was fine. mind you she did have her last kid ten years ago, so it might be worth asking ur midwife or doc.
