2nd hand moses basket

  No I don't think so cos the moses basket mattress is generally a plasticy thing. But obviously check it fits well and that there are no flaws. We had a 2nd hand one and I didn't even think about this!!! Oops! x

  I would have said that they do. A matress is still a matress. Mothercare sell moses basket matresses I think, I wouldn't have thought they would be that expensive as they are only small.

  I think it is the same...you need a new mattress. We got a second hand moses basket and I paid 9.99 ( I looked around and this was the cheapest I could find) for a new mattress in babies r us and got my Mum the make a new hood and frill etc for it.
