Help!!!! Has anyone got any idea if there is anything out there that you can take while pregnant??? I have got as really awful chesty cough, and horrible sore throat.
I have the same problem. I had a cold at the beginning of last week and it's cleared up except for this chesty cough and sore throat which is making me feel very worn out. I stopped at the pharmacy this afternoon but the pharmacist said there isn't really anything I can take while pregnant, unless I have a prescription from the doctor. She suggested steam inhalation and apparently Vicks is okay, but other than that I think we're just supposed to grin and bear it. Hopefully it will clear up soon.
Thanks for your replies ladies, we went and got some honey and Lemon and Vicks Vaporub. Are you able to put a bit on your chest aswell as inhaling it in hot water??? Im petrified of doing something to harm my baby.
