Question about using tickers

Hi
I'm a little confused, how do you keep the fertility ticker, or growing baby tickers on your replies? Or do you have to add it every time?
I've had a look through my profile, details etc., and can't see anything that saves it for you.
Sorry for such a dumb question.... $:\$ ?

You have to add it every time hun. xxx

Think you need to add it on everytime - I haven't found a way to get it to add on automatically
