oh my life is so exciting lol
  • My husband was very pleased when we read in the gina ford book that she thinks they should be settled in their own room in the evening then brought into your bedroom at about 10/11 - he thinks this means the baby wont disturb him on the xbox. i havent the heart to tell him he will probably be too tired to go on the xbox at least for a few weeks.

I cant watch lost cos we recently switched to virgin from sky. I have to say its the only programme i miss from sky one. Might watch desperate housewives at ten.

  • I know what you mean!! My husband plays 'worldof warcraft' on his laptop and if left on it he will stay on there for about 8 hours-such a shame that his computer is broken!!! LOL
Mine is too old for him to play on it so he's sulky-but I'm taking the opportunity to get him to do jobs!! Though this time next week i'll be widowed again!! x
  • How bloody inconsiderate!! And bloody rude!! Feel for you hun, know what it's like to not want to live with the neighbours u have - had upstairs neighbours who were a complete nitemare, had no consideration for others at all...was glad when we moved! Also feel for you coz I went over with my last one - only a week but long enuff when the others were all earlies lol

Hope it all kicks off for you, and for vicky too!!! xx
  • I think my husband had xbox withdrawal when his xbox broke and had to be sent back for 3 weeks. He kept trying to get me to phone to chase it up and sat in UPS for 1 and half hours waiting for it!!!! We werent in when the delivery man brought it but we beat him to the depot.
  • im on virgin to watching smallville on the on demand programmes perveing on young clarke kent !!! gonna watch desperate hwives and eat my sons last kinder hippo biscut thingy ummmm
  • Well we all went for a 30 min walk round our area (me Evie and Daddy) only to come home to a MASSIVE big black spider on our dining room curtain. Oh is terrified of them (not very manly I know!). He attempted to get it out - but couldn't. So I grabbed Evie's fireman's helmet which was handily chucked on the floor next to the curtain. I then put it under the spider and tapped the back of the curtain so it was fall into the hat. Somehow...it flicked off the curtain right into Evie's face.

Well needless to say she was screaming hysterically, jumping up and down waving her little arms about! I panicked and tried to find it. I thought it went down her top! But it somehow got onto the other side of the curtain AGAIN!

Well I did the same thing with the helmet and tried not to tap so hard this time and Evie was long gone by then and it fell as planned into the helmet. PHEW!!!

Paul chucked it into the neighbours garden lol!!

Only to excitedly run back into the patio and right onto a SLUG with bare feet. Well by this time I was in hysterics and peed myself laughing!!!

We then gave Evie a bath she had her milkies and went to bed. Paul's now watching snooker and I'm on here! So there's the answer to your question!!

    Thanks for asking. Karys xxx

  • Awwww bless - poor Evie, hope she doesn't have a bad dream tonite!

The slug thing made me chuckle too!! My dh has done something similar with a snail - urgh, it was revolting but very funny!!!
  • Lol - what is it with bugs this time of year??!! And it only gets worse through the summer. Now I know how they feel in Australia.
