I have heard that reflexology can really help ttc. has anybody tried this or know of anybody that has?

    Hi Luc86,
    I have reflexology quite often, i have a lady that comes to my house. I have it to try and bring af on as i've only had 1 in 9 months. It is meant to clear out any blockages or toxins in the body. Hope this helps.

    My lady said to have a course of 6 every 2 weeks i think then every 6 weeks or so. I did get my first af 2 days after my third session. Not sure if that was coinsidence or if it was the reflex?
