Hi what does it say on the instructions? I know I was going to use it when pregnant but then didn't for some reason because I didn't think that it was safe xx
I think it may contain euculyptus (sp?) oil which you're not really supposed to use. I know that I wanted to use some deep heat when I got backache in early pregnancy, and decided against it after doing a google search. BUT I very much doubt that a little bit would do any harm, like most things it's not great if you were to use loads of it all the time.
