  When I've used creams they've only soaked onto the liner and have never affected the actual nappies...as I wash my liners too to save extra pennies etc I have found that Metanium doesn't wash off the liners & I end up binning them straight away (FYI I don't wash poopie liners! lol!), I found the Zinco Spray the best to use although it's pricey...my sister uses potatoe flour on her LO's bum if he gets open sores!
