It does update itself, and you do need to paste it each time you want it (pain I know!)

When you are on your 'code' page, add it to your favourites, then when you back on you can just go straight there and copy it again ready for pasting! x

Got it now - thanks was using the html code which won't work when html is off! Now why does it say something different to mycycle.com and my ov sticks - now I'm really confused
