Anyone else use IUI and get good results??
Hey Ladies,
My hubby and I have been trying for over two years now. This last Sunday we did our first IUI. They say that the percentage is slim but I am hopeful. Is there anyone else out there who has done this before and gotten a positive result on the first try?

Unfortunately he was born with Downs, but thats just one of those things...
They are going to try IUI again next year to get a brother or sister for Zach...
