hi girles not baby related but need to ask how long after birth did it take before you had control over your bladder and bowel movements? i gave birth 4wks ago and still having aciddents is there light at the end of the tunnel. )
Hi darling, 4 weeks is still quite early , give it a bit of time and keep exercising your pelvic muscles. It will return to normal Took 9 months to change so need time to change back too
