headache aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

ive had the day off work today because i had the worst headache ever, i have never had a migrain before but i think this could have beeen..my head was throbbing, the light hurt my eyes, i felt dizzy and was sick. things still look a little fuzzy now. does anyone have any suggestions of how to shift a headache like this??

    Def sounds like a migraine! they are awfull! be gettin them too the only thing i could do was take some paracetomol try to drink water (if you can keep it down) and have a old flannel (like realy cold) over your forehead and eyes and try to sleep it off......... sucks but thats what helped, didnt totaly get rid of it but helped!
