hay ladies

just wonbdered if anyone else drinking this is adding suger ive just started drinking mine and it taste so horrible i wondered if it would be ok to add suger or not as it doesnt say anythink or the packet anyone no or doing this ???

    Hi, it'll be absolutely fine to add sugar- this won't affect how the tea works at all. I hope it makes it taste better for you! xx
