birthing ball,gym ball?

  i was wondering the same lol, tesco have a gym ball for 4.99 which is much cheaper than a birth ball, from what i cld make out the only difference is birthballs have an anti burst mechanism, so if they pop the go down slowly rather than sort of exploding.

  i'm using a fitness ball from argos 4.99. i think they are exactly the same. the one i used int he hospital last time seemed the same size and everything. hth
