I was just wondering if anyone has been to weight watchers since having little ones. i heard you get extra daily points if your breastfeeding but dont know how many. was just wondering if anyone knew? ;\)
You get 10 extra points for exclusively bf. Not bad eh? Just 5 extra once you start weaning. Can't attend meetings until after your 6 week check though and check it with your hv.
