warning -baby company called JUSONNE - stay well clear!!!...

anyone who is thinking of ordering from this company....
think carefullly.....

ive just had the most awful experience with them!!!!.... and would never recommend them to anyone!

we ordered a pram....
it came faulty
they dont answer calls... dont answer emails.....
after a million attempts i eventually got in touch with them... and they said they would send replacement
i then received another faulty part......
they then sent another replacement after another two weeks attempt to get through.....
the pram wobbled, was so stiff you couldnt open it.....
we sent the pram back....
it took us two weeks of calling/emailing ... and eventual threat to take them to court to even aknowledge us...
they are just the most awful people ive ever dealt with in my life!!....
after receiving the pram back.. they refused to belive we had signature for the delivery and sat on our money!

sorry to rant but thought id let every woman know how shite this company are.....
