Rash!?!

George has had a cold since Sunday, and now has developed a rash on his chest and shoulders!

I think he might of had a reaction to the snuffle babe, but my mum seems to think it might be a heat rash?

Has anyone else got any ideas? It doesn't seem to be bothering him, but if it's still there in the morning, I'm thinking it of taking him to the docs!

Also I've been on google about it, and have scared myself half to death
