Flying with bugaboo??

Hiya has anyone flown with their bugaboo? I just bought the buggy bag for it last night but now Im wondering if I should just fly with my stroller. Does it fit through the scanners or does it have to go through the over sized luggage scanner? Im really wondering if I have done the right thing, I'll be on my own and obviously want it to be as stress free as possibe! Please help!!
