Weaning

Hi my lo is only 3months but i am starting to look for weaning books so i can be prepared does anyone have any good suggestions for a book with recipes i am not going to begin weaning for a few months but when is the best time to start (age and time of day)

I know i am early but trying to be prepared lol

i bought the annabel karmel book too - its very informative with recipe suggestions & a "meal" planner to get you started. Dylan has started off with some foods at lunchtime, although the other day it was later on as we were out.

He's never slept through the night, so have started to wean purely as he is 6 months old!!
