  I always gave my lo formula milk in her cereal but mainly cos she was a fussy drinker. I think from 6 months would be ok in their cereal.
  I've just started to give my lo full fat milk as a drink & in cereal but she is nearly 1.

  the whole egg?
  have read somewhere that you should only give them the yolk and not the white

  with eggs you can give it all yolk and white but they have to be FULLY cooked - ie hard boiled or scrambled till well done - they can't have any runny egg till they are one!

  Ooh I might try Gabe on scrambled egg, do you think 8 months would be the right age?

  Any eggs up to the age of 1 have to be cooked really well.
