i thought you'd be the best people to ask! I bought some to have with tea tonight as i love the taste but never seem to cook them right myself, always waaaay under cook or completely over cook them!
I just roast them...im not sure for how long! I didnt even know you could under or over cook parsnips, they're just potatoes really arent they lol. Sorry not the best cook!!!!!!!!! xx
I love parsnips. Either slice and cook as normal veg. Or the best way is roasting them like potatoes. Heat some sunflower4 oil in roasting pan, slice parsnips length ways and throw them in.
