we done it
we spent yesterday rearranging Ollies room so that there was nothing in there we didnt want him to get hold of (loads - surprising how much we used it as storage!) and then took the sides off his cot to turn it into a bed!
We put him to bed and kept our fingers crossed...... and....
He was so good!!!!
apart from falling out twice onto the pillow we put there he stayed in his bed all night, and even this morning when i was expecting the drawers to be emptied and toys everywhere, he was quietly playing in his bed with his usual two teddies!!!!!!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so so so pleased and proud of him, and just hope it can continue like this
xxxxx
(argh, have just realised this mean my baby boy is growing up! )

do you not have safety rails for the bed so he dosnt fall out, its just iv found that they still fall out of the bed a lot up intill 3-4 years old or at least mine did if ever in a bed with out a safety rail
Well done to Ollie, its a big step.
