Period pain braxton hicks...

Hiya, I just want/need some reassuring really. Since about 6:30 I have been having really strong braxton hicks and they are giving me tummy ache when they come, I have also been peeing about every 15-20 minutes (a full wee each time, not just a dribble!!!). I wasn't particularly concerned as I know it is just Braxton hicks - I am only 20 weeks pregnant so it can't be early labour, thing is its been going on for 3 hours now and I am starting to question it! I have my anomaly scan tomorrow afternoon so will ask a professional about this tomorrow but you know what us pregnant ladies are like for worrying. Tell me this is normal please!!!
