boobs still havent gone back down

i gave birth to dd nearly 14weeks ago and my boobs still havent gone back down.
when i was pregnant my boobs grew qute early on and i went from a 32e to a 32f. they didnt get any bigger through the rest of my pregnancy (dd arrived at 32wks and 5days). i didnt bf but i attempted to express while she was in scbu but had to give up as despite them only wanting 1ml every 3hours it was taking me 90mins to express that much.
what milk i did have dried up about 10 weeks ago but my boobs still havent gone back down.
has this happened to anyone else?
