Wonderoos reusable nappies?

Has anyone tried these they look really good on the websites. If baby has nappyrash you cant use greast nappy rash cream there what ctream can you use.
Are the Wonderoos good I would like a nappy that can we used until potty training, all in ones.
I know its early days yet but was just looking to see whats around.
