How do i make the funny faces work?

Hi ladies.

Whenever I try to use the smilie faces it just reads the words on my post rather than putting the picture on. How do I change it?

At the bottom it says HTML off. BBcode on Smilies on.

sometimes my smileys work,
sometimes they don't

You need to make sure that you have a apace before and after each one, even if it is at the end of a line it still needs a space after it to work .
