Free £190???

Hi everyone
I saw somewhere that if you have a check with your midwife you can claim ??190 for free BUT I cannot remember where I saw it and the website - does anyone know please?

ask your midwife for the form when your 25+

thanks, yes but I have a private midwife and she wasn't sure about this, I just wondered if anyone had the forms at home at all?

I think you can only get your forms from your midwife so if yours is private she will still probably need to get some for you x

you have to claim up to 31days after 25th week of pregnancy...think if its after this it wouldnt be processed

Hi, i have just had a look on the site and gutted to find i cant claim for it because my due date is before 6th April 2009!! x
