I don't know how to twitter. I have added all you girls on here (I think) But following, followers?! I'm so confused!!

I cant reply to any comments, cant change my status from cooking tea 24 hours ago, I'm following people but I don't know why! Apparently I'm following Downing Street?! Why the hell would I want too..

Sooooooooooooo confused. DOT COM.
