anyone heard any thing from them yet?
i sent mine off 3weeks ago on wed and still not heard anything.

    Hi emilymummy,

    I've not managed to get my form yet at the GP at my 25 week check didn't know what it is despite there being a whacking great big poster on the wall! I asked at the reception and they didn't know either!

    Anyway, I called the helpline and while on there it said they wouldn't start paying out until May. HTH

    i phoned them too and they said same they are stsaring to pay out in may!
