Baked beans?

Just a quick check- am I ok to give mushed up baked beans to a 7-month old? i have the reduced salt/sugar variety. This weaning business can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes! $:\$ ?

cant see why not - tinned baked beans are also a good source of iron

I was giving Freya reduced BB at 7 months. I just wasn't a fan of the nappy the following day, lol She was fine with it.
