    Im not seeing mine for another 3 weeks and she isnt the most organised of people. she will say something like 'next time I see you we will do this, or discuss that' and then when I get to that appointment, she'll say 'oh we'll do it next time'.

    organisation isnt her strong point!

    i only just got my form last week but they are not paying out untill may so theres no rush xx

    My MW said the same. She couldn't give me the forms last week as I wasn't 25 weeks so she is giving them to me at my 28 week appointment but also said they are not paying out till May

    my MW was exactly the same - she didn't have the forms the last 2 times i went and only eventually got round to giving me one last week when i was 34 weeks. mine is very disorganised too so don't worry. There's still LOADS of time to claim yet.
