Spots

After not having spots since I was about 14, I have now broken out in them! I am sure this baby wants me to be a minger, as I have recently discovered dandruff!

I am going to Boots tonight, can anyone recommend a good spot zapper, I can't use cleansers, so am looking for something I can dab on?

    Quinoderm is good! I use to use that years ago - you getting it from the chemist bit x

    I know it sounds odd but Sudacrem! Its fantastic has really helped with my spots, i now (touch wood) get a few occasionally but they heal really quick as its got antispetic in it.

    If you go to your docs ask for Zineryt, its topical antibiotics thats safe to use in pregnancy and works a treat xx
