Silver Cross Pop

I have the Silver Cross Pop buggy and had difficulty with the breaks. The problem is bumping the buggy up stairs/steps. Is this the design of the buggy or a fault in mine? Is mine just an old model or has Silver Cross fixed this in the newer models?

    I think this may just be a fault with yours - I have never had a problem with breaks on steps, but then I am super slow to make sure they don't turn on! xx
