Baby Acne

My son is four weeks old and has developed baby acne. They look really sore and angry. He only ever settles on his belly to sleep and I'm concerned that him sweating on his front will make them worse. Is there anything I can get which will help it heal up quicker?

    dont think you can put anything on such a small baby. Speak to your HV tho as I might be wrong. it does clear up tho!

    Both my los got this about the same age as your son and it lasted about 2 weeks. I dont think theres anything you can put on it. Once it starts clearing up it will clear up rapidly.
