Fibresure?

Hi

Does anyone know whather it is ok to take Fibresure when pregnant? I need something to get my bowels moving! (sorry if TMI!)

I already eat tonnes of fruit and veg, bran cereal etc. I am trying to avoid fybogel as I am not a fan of the texture!

Any advice much appreciated...

I think my friend said she had fibresure when pg. If not Lactulose is ok to take. xx

In the end I had a sneaky cup of coffee (my first in 13 weeks!) which seems to have done the trick!

I'll keep the fibresure handy though, just in case...
