Just wondering but are any of you ladies taking supplements...if so what? I bought some Vit B with folic acid from Tesco the other night but i was wondering if i should be taking extra supplements.

Hi, I'm taking Sanatogen Pro Natal, came in a twin pack- his n hers!! Pregnacare do a range as well for TTC

I take Fertilaid, but it's expensive.

There are many supplements out there to Increase Female Fertility which are recommended by the health professionals. You can try Amitamin and other supplements from here.
