food advice please :-) cooking chicken for lo's lunch!

Hey Girls

You will be sick of all my posts the past couple of days lol

I'm cooking chicken for lo's lunch and din today to go with his mash and borcolli, now I had this checken in the freezer and defrosted it last night to use today, onced i cook it, can I store it in the fridge ina tub for his din then heat it up? Can i freeze the mix including the chicken for tomorrow even though its been defrosted?

Do i blend the chicken and add it to the brocolli and mash or blend it all together?

    hi hun, yeh its fine to freeze again as long as u have cooked it and when u heat it make sure its piping hot then leave it to cool for lo.
    its up to u about how u blend it, i normally jus put it all in the blender at once and do it together.
