POTTY TRAINING- WHEN TO START?

I took my 3 out of nappies during the day in the summer following their 2nd birthday so they were about 2 1/2 years old, and I took them out of nappies at night in the summer following their 3rd birthday.

    I WASNT EAGER TO GET RILEY POTTY TRAINED BUT I GOT HIM A POTTY WHEN HE WAS ABOUT 16MTHS,I ONLY GOT IT SO HE WAS USED TO HAVEING IT AROUND SO IT DIDNT SEEM STRANGE AND IT DOUBLED UP AS A MINI CHAIR.HIS NOW 2YRS 5MTHS AND USES IT THROUGH THE DAY WHEN WE ARE AT HOME AND USES PULL UPS WHEN OUT,IM STILL TAKING A SLACT WITH POTTY TRAINING SO HE DON GET UPSET WITH IT IN ANYWAY.IM FINDING THIS EASY AT THE MO SO AM NOT GONNA CHANGE UNLESS I REALY HAVE TO.EMMA.XX
