How many DPO am i?

I am now on CD19 of my cycle. I got my first peak on my CBFM on CD17 and my second peak on CD18 then today it went back to highs.

Do i class ovulation as CD17? If so i will be 2DPO or do i class it as CD18 as that is when i got my last peak? In which case i would be 1DPO?

Anyone????

Hey Tink,

I would say that you are 1/2 DPO as my understanding is that you get the peak 24-36 hours before OV. I could be wrong though. I'm sure I read something in the CBFM manual about it so it might be worth checking that x

You ovulate the day of your 2nd peak. So you are 1dpo. Good luck !! Hope you got some BD in !
