hi has any one gone over to de-cafe coffe i heard this is the beast fertialty treatment you can try some doc was on radio 2 about 3 monts back has any one els cut back or stoped any thing .xxx

I've limited my caffeine intake to 2 cups a day. Some times dont even bother.

Have started drinking herbal teas

Hey,

Generally I just have 2 cups as usual a day then go on to tea, though if I do want more I try to have decaf x

Mrs H I can't tell the difference at all, I do have sugar though so don't know if thats why it tastes the same to me x

Oh God I love my coffee! I don't have sugar so I'm worried it'll taste awful. Still, the ends will justify the means I'm sure!

Kenko decaf is the best!! It doesnt taste like decaf at all!! I went onto it when I was pregnant with my last baby and have staid on for the last 22 months and now pregnant with baby no 2.
Its worth a try!!

I am only having coffee abt once a week and gonna stop when BFP
not addicted to it so should be OK, just love the smell and as long I am allowed to sniff it ...LOL
