Hi Kirsty Lou,
Have you managed to create a ticker without a photo? If you have great. I had to get my hubby to do the photo. He went onto a photo editing 'thing' we've got on the computer, chose a photo, resized it then copied it to the ticker.
As you can probably guess i'm not brilliant with computers.
If you go into the lounge on various pages there are posts on about lilypie, see if they explain things a bit better for you.

I had a similar problem last night. In the end I tried several different photos until i got on that fitted. I tried resizing them in my photo editing software but couldn't get it sorted. I hope you suss it out soon.
