Diabetic advice

Hi all,

Just wondered how many of you have had or are having a healthy pregnancy and are diabetic?

I'm a Type 1 diabetic and am ttc, the whole thought of what lies ahead for the next 9 months after a BFP are really starting to seem a bit daunting.

Any advise welcomed $:\$ )

Hi VWgirl. It looks like there aren't any diabetics on here. I'm being tested for diabetes in 30 minutes. I really don't think I have it but my thirst is driving me mad. I have read that weight loss is a symptom but haven't lost any weight - do you know if weight loss happens to all people with diabetes?

Hope you get the advice you need!

I didnt get any weight loss with mine.
I was diagnosed 3 years ago at 19.
But saying that, I didnt put any on either.

One I was diagnosed and put onto Insulin, I gained 3 stone : (
