How Long After Potential Conception Can I Test?

Hi Ladies..

I'm pretty new to this so don't know all the abbreviations etc. I came off of the pill last month, so unable to measure my cycle properly, however i am certain i ovulated on Tuesday so we begun trying around that time... I was just wondering how soon after i could test? I bought these preg. tests from ebay that are ultra sensitive... they measure 10 mIU.. It said they could detect almost immediately after conception so i tested yesterday but got a BFN... just wondering if i should lose hope? and when the soonest time i should be testing? I'm VERY impatient lol... Thanks in advance for your help

I would count 14 days after ovulation - this is an average for your luteal phase. Test then and see what happens. Good Luck xx

i wouldnt be too disheartened with a negative on the cheapies, i got a good line on a first response and a preg 1-2 on clear blue digi before i got a decent line on the cheapies!
