Forum home Getting pregnant Trying to conceive

What do all these shortcut codes mean?

I've got TTC as trying to conceive, but I'm completely lost with everything else, so if anyone can fill me in, would appreciate it.

Also when you've put say 30 + 3 what does that mean?

Thanks xxx
